Zaranda Bar VIP Launch

zaranda bar

Hi Lovelies!

I was fortunate enough to be invited along to the Launch of the new Zaranda Bar located in the heart of West Didsbury, Manchester. So on went my glad rags and with my Best Friend in tow, we went and hit the town. It is to my understanding that West Didsbury is the “in” place to be so my expectations were high. Zaranda Bar certainly lived up to those.

Upon approaching the bar it was evident that Zaranda had a really good turn out, lots of Dancing was well underway. The bar was a star-studded event with actors from Coronation Street and Hollyoaks, West Didsbury FC and Press all come to see the latest addition to West Didsbury. Waiters and Waitresses were walking around with trays of cocktails and canapes. My favourite cocktail which I tried is the ‘Sting Like a Bee’ which contains lashings of Manchester Rum, Plum sugar and Lemon, it was absolutely delicious!

Zaranda is named after an African Village and you can certainly tell this is the theme throughout the bar. Featuring red coloured plastering, deep blues and coppers. It has a very simple yet sophisticated vibe.

The bar has a state-of-the-art acoustic ceiling to ensure the best sound quality. To accompany this they also have a first-class audio system.

DJ Emma along with Percussionist Rachel Lasham and her instrumental companion Trumpet Fiesta really got everybody up on their feet with their contagious energy and upbeat, funky music.

Zaranda caters to all music tastes and to people of all ages.
It really is a great new addition to West Disdbury and with it being only 100 yards from Burton Road Metrolink station, it is sure to get people visiting from all across Manchester and sorrounding areas.

Thank you so much to Laura from Vital Publicity for inviting me and also a thank you to Zaranda, I will definitely be coming again for more of your cocktails!
