Hello again Beautiful People!
You may be glad to know that this is the last review from my recent Lush Haul. I still have 2 bath bombs left in my stash but have yet to use them. I have left the best until last as this is by far my favourite bath bomb I have used! It’s called Lord of Misrule and unfortunately I can’t find it on the Lush website. I think this is due to the fact that it was part of the Halloween range. They do sell a Lord of Misrule shower gel here. Or if you do want to read up about this particular bath bomb then I have found details about it on the Lush USA site here.
When I first spotted this in stores I did actually walk past it on numerous occasions as it didn’t really take my eye and when I smelt it I wasn’t overly keen. The other day however I decided to give it a try as I’m running out of bath bombs that I have not tried in Lush now! I noticed a crown like shape on the bath bomb, I think this may be something to do with the name? Lord? Crown?… It is light green in colour but contains specks of purple, white and yellow. The smell as I said before isn’t something I would normally go for. I can only describe it as spicy and woody.
As expected when I dropped this into the bath it turned the water a lovely shade of green. But then purple started to seep out of the bath bomb. I also heard popping which was a surprise as I had no idea this contained popping candy.
Of course as I didn’t know this had popping candy in it I just had to pick it up and check. For all I knew it could have been anything making popping noises in my bathroom. Right?! Haha.
It turned my water a beautiful wine colour and left my skin feeling as soft as a babies behind!
This is definitely my favourite bath bomb and I only wish I picked up more when I went into the store!
Have you tried this bath bomb? If so what did you think?
Thanks for stopping by
